I couldn't find translations for a couple words in the sixth verse ("Heerd"and "geußt"), so I'm not sure that I have the correct sense even of what I could translate.
As far as I can tell, this hymn isn't in The Lutheran Hymnal, Lutheran Worship, or The Lutheran Service Book. According to the Gesangbuch, the text is sung to the tune "Erschienen ist der herrlich [Tag]." Here's the arrangement from TLH:
